Acceptance

By signing in to Keshan or posting a listing, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

What Keshan is and isn't

Keshan is an online catalog where sellers list real estate and vehicles for sale or rent. We connect buyers and sellers. We are not a party to any transaction, we do not act as an agent, and we do not handle money.

Eligibility

You must be 18 or older to create an account or post a listing. By signing in, you confirm that you are.

Your listings

• You must own or be authorized to list whatever you post.
• Descriptions and photos must be honest and accurate.
• Prices must be in good faith — no bait-and-switch.
• No content that is illegal where the buyer or seller is located.
• No discrimination based on race, religion, gender, ethnicity, or national origin.
• We may remove listings that violate these terms or that we believe in good faith are misleading or harmful, with notice when feasible.

Your conduct

You agree not to: scrape the platform; reverse-engineer the platform; attempt to harm other users; use the chat to send unsolicited commercial messages; or impersonate anyone. Repeated violations end your account.

Content you post

You retain ownership of the content you post. By posting, you grant Keshan a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and process that content for the purpose of running the platform. This license ends when you delete the content.

Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available." We don't guarantee that listings are accurate, that sellers will honor their listings, or that the service will be uninterrupted. Use the platform at your own risk.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Keshan's total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or your use of the service is limited to USD 100 or the amount you paid us in the past 12 months, whichever is greater.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of [TBD — to be set when we incorporate]. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced in the app for at least 14 days. Continuing to use Keshan after that means you accept the updated terms.
